What you need to to do is file a complaint on the Federal Trade Commission web page and they will investigate the fraud by this company. All complaints will be invetigated. Liest the name of anybody you have talked to and when. Put this scam compnay out of business.

on the evening of Nov. 23, 2010; my mother rec'd a phone call from the above number for me, her son, John. I no longer reside with my mother. She passed that msg onto me, and stated that when she inquired as to the gentlemens name, he replied to her." I am a courier and am delivering a court summons to John." Obviously this is a scam, and is ridiculous!! Court Summons are always delivered in person.. not by phone!! Or via a third party. Reading this blog previously I noted this numjber is connected to a Pay Day Loan collection company.. I do not and have not had this kind of debt....Pure Harrassment!!

The lady on the phone sounded like a bitch. Anyway, I think it was a debt collector, possibly from DirectTV asking for someone who used to live here but no longer does. I asked "twice" who's calling and she wouldn't tell me what company or association she's from, just that her name was "Jonie".
